GB Property Management & Lettings are the specialist residential letting agency in the West Devon and East Cornwall area. Established over a period of 15 years by Glenda Bassett and her team, who have the experience available to deal with all types of Residential Properties to let in this area.

GB Property Management & Lettings provides a fully professional service to all Landlords. This can be from simply drawing up a tenancy agreement and having it signed to a full management service. We also specialise in assisting Landlords who are abroad, leaving them able to rely on the company to provide a fully comprehensive management service in their absence, knowing their property is in safe hands and is fully protected.

We are happy to guide all Tenants through the letting process, from the initial enquiry to the signing of the tenancy agreement by friendly helpful staff, helping you to find the right accommodation for your needs.

Mark & Valerie Davenport set up Bounce 2 Hire 18 months ago. We hire out bouncy castles and soft play shapes in the rural Dartmoor Area and beyond.

We originally purchased a 12ft children’s bouncy castle and soft play shapes these are colourful, very safe & especially designed for the under 6’s to stimulate, delight and amuse for hours. But we soon had to purchase another castle to fit into smaller gardens, therefore, after only six months of trading we purchased our 10ft castle which also doubles up as a ball pool – both of these castle are up to 14 years of age only.

At the beginning of this year we purchased our first adult bouncy castle which has been very popular for weddings and teenage parties together with charity events.

All our equipment is tested annually and tagged to meet the latest PIPA Standards. A Site & Risk Assessment will be carried out prior to the set up.

Now we are in the process of ordering a 20ft+ high slide and an assault course to complement our castles.

We took over Kaleidoscope Toy Shop from Mark’s father last October which has enabled us to extend our range to offer the complete party package to help busy parents from having to shop around for plates, cup, cutlery, napkins, balloons and party bags etc. All Party Items in one box. Themes include Disney Princess, Postman Pat, Fifi, Thomas the Tank Engine, Football, Old Macdonald’s Farm, Party Pirates, Birthday Explosion & Tiny Toes.

Since May 2006 we have also been able to offer balloon helium to take away and foil balloon further extending our party range.
